SUBSTANCE: electrocoagulator includes a housing, inside which plane parallel electrodes are fixed, which are assembled into a cassette, positive and negative current leads, pipelines, inlet and outlet liquid nozzles; upper and lower head pieces are rigidly fixed above and under the cassette. Additionally, the electrocoagulator includes a cleaning device of inter-electrode space, which includes a separator with an ejector and a centrifugal pump; with that, the separator with an upper branch pipe is connected through a pipeline to a suction branch pipe of the pump and with a lower branch pipe to the upper head piece; the separator neck is connected to the suction branch pipe of the ejector; the ejector nozzle is connected to the delivery branch pipe of the pump, and the ejector diffuser is connected to the lower head piece.

EFFECT: increasing service life of a cassette of plane parallel electrodes.
