FIELD: treatment facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment plants used on vehicle wash stations. Flotation-filtration plant comprises a suction filter, a suction tube, a check valve, a pump unit, ejector, a flotation chamber and a filter layer of filter media. Protective screen is fitted at ejector inlet. Ejector is connected with two-stage saturator, second stage of which via check valve is connected to distributing manifold via nozzles arranged at flotation chamber bottom. Each nozzle manifold consists of a nozzle body with screw aligned in lower part of nozzle housing, and located in upper part of body a nozzle with a cylindrical hole for liquid supply connected with diffuser, axially symmetric body and nozzle. Screw is inserted into body to form a cylindrical chamber above said screw aligned with diffuser and communicated therewith. Screw has a central throttling bore while its outer surface represents a single-thread helical groove and is located inside housing, wherein output of helical groove is connected with outlet conical chamber, which is attached to face plate sprayer, which consists of perpendicular axis of screw and parallel to each other, at least two plates, one of which, first plate has central hole with diameter equal to larger diameter of holes outlet conical chamber and second plate is solid and secured to first by means of at least three fasteners including screw, nut and calibrated spacer washer installed between plates and serving as control link control gap.
EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency of cleaning.
