FIELD: rescue operations.

SUBSTANCE: compression-type refrigeration device is used as the cold source for the breathing mixture, with a compressing element (compressor) of the device being made in the form of elastic chambers located under the sole of the shoe, and the energy of the human foot is used as a source of mechanical energy of the device.

EFFECT: this constructive implementation of the device for cooling the breathing mixture enables to eliminate the conventional compressor from the refrigeration device structure and to reduce significantly the weight, to reduce the dimensions and to eliminate the use of electricity in the refrigeration device.
