SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. An inhaler of at least one dose of a drug powder in an air flow comprises a powder container configured to be opened into a flow passage. The flow passage is configured to deliver the inhaled air flow though apertures of the container. That thereby generates the circulating flow by an effect caused by the flow shear in the container. The powder is entrained into the circulating flow and disaggregated before escaping from the container, and trapped into the air flow along the flow passage.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables the effective disaggregation of the powder before administered.
