FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical devices. Inhaler comprises a reference dose mechanism containing counter, dispensing mechanism, which is made adapted to dispensing drug dose when actuated, and adjustment of the counter. Inhaler comprises also reboot element, made movable in a first direction from a first position to a second position for rebooting the dispensing mechanism, and preventing mechanism having a pair of the first and second fastening elements. If the moving of reboot element in a first direction changes to reverse, before reboot element reaches the second position, the first and second engaging elements prevent further actuation of the dispensing mechanism, until the restart element not resume movement in the first direction. At least one element, selected from the first and second fastening elements, is made with possibility of elastic bending under load, by being in contact with essentially rigid element of the inhaler.

EFFECT: preferably counter of dose counting mechanism displays the number of remaining doses in the inhaler or number of already distributed doses of the inhaler.
