FIELD: treatment facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for gas cleaning and may be used in various fields of industry, where thorough cleaning of gases is required from solid and liquid aerosol particles. Device comprises body with helical channel, bottom, condensate collector, cooling device installed on external side of channel, heating device installed on internal side of channel, heat insulation of nozzle for drain of gas, heat- and cooling agents and nozzle of condensate drain, conical shell with additional nozzle of condensate drain, which is installed coaxially to body in condensate collector. Helical channel has serially connected sections, which expand on the side of cooling device along with gas motion. Traps of condensate are installed on cooling device in zone of maximum expansion of sections and are arranged in the form of part of helical channel of alternate section of "diffuser-confusor" type. Bottom is arranged as profiled in the form of alternating ledges and grooves, in which relief holes are arranged as connected to cavity of collector.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of gas cleaning, elimination of possibility of secondary carry-over of aerosol particles and condensate.
