SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of forestry. The device for injection of at least one chemical substance and/or preparation in the trees and/or palms, comprises: a container (1) inside which there is a flexible container (2) suitable for containing a chemical substance and/or preparation in it; a connecting element (3) adapted to insert at least one of its ends into the trunk of a tree or palm; an adapter system located at the outlet of the container and comprising a carrier element (4) of a membrane, a check valve or the membrane (5) and a locking element (6) of the adapter system. A bearing element (4) of the membrane may have an open end adapted for connection with the flexible container and an opposite end serving as a support for the check valve or the membrane (5) and suitable for connection to the locking element (6) of the adapter system. Use of the device for application of at least one chemical substance and/or preparation in trees and/or palms. The method of application of at least one chemical substance and/or preparation into at least one tree and/or palm comprises making at least one hole in the trunk of a tree and/or palm; inserting the connection element (3) with its first end into the hole(s) formed at the preceding stage; connection of the second end of the connecting element (3) to the container (1) comprising the flexible container (2) containing the chemical substance and/or preparation, and the said connection is performed by the adapter system.

EFFECT: inventions enable to improve the application of preparations into the trees or palms, to simplify it and to ensure its safe use.
