FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a vehicle rear door 1 or rear board with a rear glass. The rear door comprises a one-piece bearing structure 10 with a peripheral flexurally rigid frame 11 with a top crossbar 12, two side members 13, 14 and at least one bottom crossbar 15. The main bearing structure consists of a moulded bulk 20 reinforced with fibre including at least two impregnated integrated bands 21 of a continuous fibre. Note here that the said bulk with force closure is connected to the rear glass 2 to make therewith the flexurally rigid structure. The said bands 21 are integrated in the frame 11 vertically (v) relative to the door surface (H) since the said bands 21 are located vertically relative to the surface (H) and/or vertical clearance (d) relative to the surface (H). The said bands of the continuous fibre are interconnected via the moulded bulk 20 reinforced with fibres composed of connection sections 22 to transfer the forces and to up the stiffness while the frame 11 has the corrugated stiffness elements 22 of the moulded bulk 20.
EFFECT: door produced in such a way is characterised by a decreased weight, higher mechanical properties and simplified production.
