The radio-frequency reader comprises a control device, an interrogation signal generator, receivers, circulators, transceiving antennae, a driving generator, frequency converters, power amplifiers, band-pass filters, phase doublers, phase halvers, narrow band-pass filters, correlators, controlled delay units, low frequency multipliers, extremal controllers, a current speed calculating unit, a unit for determining the direction of movement, an integrator, analogue-to-digital converters, delay lines, an adder, a high-frequency oscillation generator, a phase-shift keyer, a power amplifier, a transmitting antenna, frequency detectors, flip-flops and two way balance switches. The radio-frequency label comprises a microstrip antenna, electrodes, buses and a set of reflectors.
