FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: active material of negative electrode for the electrical device is an alloy containing Si amounting from 17 up to 90 wt %, Ti amounting from 10 up to 83 wt %, Ge amounting from 0 up to 73 wt %, and inevitable admixtures as residue. The active material of negative electrode can be obtained using the unit for a magnetron sputtering of multiple targets at direct current using, for example, Si, Ti and Ge as targets.
EFFECT: electrical device using the active material of negative electrode can achieve a long cyclical resource and ensure high capacity and improved longevity of operating life in a cyclical mode.
