FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: active material for negative electrode of electric device includes allow containing silica within the range from 33 wt % up to 50 wt %, zinc within the range more than 0 wt % and less or equal to 46 wt % exclusive, vanadium within the range from 21 wt % up to 67 wt % and inevitable impurities as residue. The active material for negative electrode may be obtained by magnetron sputtering unit for multiple targets at direct current using silica, zinc and vanadium as the targets.
EFFECT: electrical device using active material for negative electrode may reach long-term cyclic life and provide high resistance and operating durability in cyclic mode.
