SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of obtaining weakly-branched alkylbenzenes. Method includes: passing mixture of hydrocarbons, containing paraffins with 14-23 carbon atoms, through adsorption separating system, which contains adsorption separating system with mobile layer, creating in this way flow of extract, which contains normal and monomethyl-branched paraffins, and flow of rafinate, which contains different from normal and more branched paraffins, with adsorbent, containing pentasil type zeolite being used in adsorption separating system; supply of extract flow into dehydration reactor to obtain flow of olefins, which contains olefins and diolefins; supply of flow of olefins and flow of aromatic substances into alkylation reactor to obtain flow of alkylaromatic substances.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to selectively isolate normal and weakly-branched paraffins with further obtaining alkylbenzenes.
