Bismaleimide compound and N-phenyl-N(trichloromethylthio)benzenesulphonamide give synergic effect of improving obtained rubber composition with respect to low ratio of dynamic module to static module, resistance to destruction, thermal resistance.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain vibration-insulating rubber compositions and cross-linked vibration-insulating rubber compositions, which possess excellent low ratio of dynamic module to static module, fatigue tensile strength, low-temperature characteristics and manufacturability.
