SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sun lounger or a couch with a back and is aimed at ensuring the possibility of easy adjustment of the back position by way of body weight redistribution. The seat couch contains a frame, a seat and a back. The seat comprises back rods, cross rods and seat springs. The back is stationarily fixed while the seat is connected to the frame, so that to enable rotation, with the help of fixture devices under the seat surface; one or more balancing springs is/are installed between the seat and the frame with the wing or flap part connected to the seat so that to enable turning with the help of turning articulated joints. The flap part is connected to the frame so that to enable turning at spots at the end that is opposed to the articulated joints.
