FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of dual pane window including the plastic back layer. In compliance with propped process, two parallel glass panels are arranged at preset spacing by making the following steps. Composite strip is produced by extrusion of at least two plastic parts of the strip to first glass panel along its edge. Note here that strip first part is made of adhesive first sealing compound including moisture binder. Note also that strip second part is made of second hardenable sealing adhesive. Note that composite strip start and end should abut to make the frames. Extrusion is performed to first glass panel of the strip first part with preset depth exceeding said preset distance. Extrusion is performed to first glass panel of the strip second part with preset depth exceeding said preset distance and arrangement of strip parts side by side to abut on each other in composite strip. Note that strip first part is located inside the frame composed by strip second part. First glass panel is connected with second glass panel to make composite strip arranged between two glass panels to connect them together and retain both spaced apart.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of production.
