FIELD: sealing and spacing equipment. SUBSTANCE: unitary sealing gasket has at least one gluing film, continuously extending along the entire length of unitary sealing gasket and having two opposite sticky surfaces, at least one filler continuously extending along the entire length of gasket and placed between at least two sticky surfaces, and at least one packing member continuously extending along the entire length of gasket. Packing member is partially or fully embedded into filler, and has width exceeding its length. Packing member may be provided with at least one fold or combination of folds providing doubled rigidity against compression force applied along its width, rather than along its thickness. Gluing film has composition different from that of filler. Usage of such unitary sealing gasket allows isolating construction with plurality of panel members to be assembled or modified at mounting site, with gas space between panel members being reliably sealed.
