FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method of vortex splitting of the liquid flow means that in the nozzle casing a element of active liquid spraying is installed, in top part of the splitter casing a filter is installed, in bottom part of the casing a vortex chamber in form of the upturned sleeve is installed, its bottom looks towards filter, and on side surface of the sleeve at least three orifices are made for tangential input to the vortex chamber; at the vortex chamber output an active vortex splitter is installed, it is made in form of the sleeve axisymmetric to the casing and having perforated bottom part, inside which element of active liquid spraying is installed, it is made in form of a worm coaxial with the casing and installed in the rotation supports with minimum friction; at that top support is secured on three spokes that are rigidly connected with top part of the sleeve, and bottom support is made in form of a thrust bearing secured on unperforated section of the sleeve bottom.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of liquid atomising.
