FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: acoustic swirl atomiser contains casing and elements for liquid and air supply, the casing contains two coaxial connected with each other cylindrical bushes: large diameter bushes and small diameter bushes, at that inside the small diameter bushes coaxially with is the screw feed is installed rigidly connected with its internal surface, at that outside surface of the screw feed is helical groove creating with the internal surfaces of the small diameter bush the outside helical cavity; and inside the screw feed there is a hole with screw thread connected with pipe supplying liquid under pressure, and in the large diameter bush coaxially with it a shaped bush is installed; its internal surface is created by the cone and cylindrical surfaces, and is rigidly connected in the large diameter bush via the sealing gasket having at least one throttling hole and creating with the end surface of the screw feed and internal surface of the small diameter bush the cylindrical chamber that by means of the channel is connected with the compressed air source, and in the cylindrical cavity of the shaped bush the free end of the liquid supplying pipe is inserted, the pipe is located in the coaxial resilient ring that together with sealing gasket creates the cone resonance chamber; at that the throttling hole acts as manhole of the Helmholtz resonator, the diffuser is secured to the end part of the small diameter bush, at the diffuser end the liquid flow divider is installed, it is made as perforated ring coaxial with the diffuser.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of liquid spraying.
