FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: proposed vortex injector comprises casing with auger pressed therein fluid and air feed elements. Said casing consists of two coaxial and coupled cylindrical sleeves: large diameter sleeves and small diameter sleeves, and inside the small diameter sleeve coaxially with it a auger is installed rigidly coupled with its internal surface, at that external surface of the auger is helical groove with right or left thread. Between the internal surface of the small diameter sleeve and external surface of the auger a helical external surface is created, it is connected by means of tube with the compressed air source, and inside the auger a hole is made with left or right thread connected with tube for liquid under pressure supply, at that direction of thread cutting in hole made inside the auger opposite to direction of the external helical groove of the auger, and in large diameter sleeve coaxially with it a shaped sleeve is located, its internal surface is created by cone and cylindrical surfaces, and it is rigidly secured in the large diameter sleeve via the sealing gasket creating the cylindrical chamber performing functions of the dampening tank for uniform compressed air supply to the helical external cavity, at that in the cylindrical cavity of the shaped sleeve a free end of the tube for liquid supply is provided, it is located in coaxial resilient ring served for dampening if the hydraulic impact in case of non-uniform liquid supply. In end part of the small diameter sleeve of the casing the diffuser is secured, at its end divider of the liquid flow is installed, it is made in form of the perforated ring coaxial with the diffuser.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of liquid spraying.
