SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pouring or packing of components, first of all, drinks, food and medicines, into containers. The device is made with a working space, via which containers are transported from the inlet side to the outlet side. At the same time the working space has at least one section that performs a working operation over containers, and also has an external pipeline stretching via the working space, with holes for supply of sterile fluid medium, which creates a sterile atmosphere in the working space, and has an internal pipeline stretching in the external pipeline with holes for spraying cleaning medium into the space stretching in the longitudinal direction between the internal and external pipelines. The method includes supply of sterile fluid medium into the working space with the help of an external pipeline stretching via the working space, with holes, transportation of containers via the working space. At the same time at least one working operation is carried out over the containers in the sterile atmosphere. The method also includes introduction of a cleaning medium via an internal pipeline with holes, which stretches in the external pipeline, and spraying of the cleaning medium into the space, which in the longitudinal direction stretches between the internal and external pipelines.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for increased quality of pipeline cleaning for sterile medium, reduced prime cost of cleaning and its simplification.
