FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical power engineering and electrical technology, and namely to constant and alternating voltage power supply systems of consumers. The electrical power supply system of consumers includes the main and standby alternating voltage power supply channels, and a constant voltage power supply channel. Each alternating voltage power supply channel includes an alternating voltage power supply, an automatic input circuit breaker, an insulation resistance control device, parallel connected switching devices, control devices of the switching devices, which are connected to the switching devices, an automatic circuit breaker of output circuits, which is connected to each of the switching devices of this channel. The system includes an automatic transfer switch connected to each of the control devices of the switching devices of each channel. The system includes an alarm sub-unit connected to each of the alternating voltage power supply channels and connected to the automatic transfer switch. A diagnostic sub-unit is connected to the alarm sub-unit. The system includes electric actuators of consumers. The system is designed so that in any design modes of operation, as well as in modes of design-basis accidents and non-design-basis accidents there can be provided reliable suspension of electrical power supply to consumers at simultaneous reception of an initiative signal via two of two available emergency signal input channels.
EFFECT: whole design range of variation of parameters of the voltage that feeds the system and voltage of force power supply to control elements of a control and protection system (CPS CE) there can be provided continuous power supply to consumers.
