FIELD: physics, control.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electronic equipment of automated systems for control of technological processes and control safety systems of nuclear power plants (NPP) and is intended for provision of safety functions by control of NPP with water-water power reactors (VVER). Control digital system of NPP safety comprises multiple identical processing physically separated channels of read parametres. Every channel includes device for introduction of inlet signals, device for comparison, device for generation of control signals, device for selection of interlocks, device of actuating mechanisms control, individual channels of actuating mechanisms control, channels of optical communication, channel-to-channel logical interface connections. In every channel multiple inlet signals are received and transformed into digital form, digital values of read parametres are compared to previously set digital value, control signals of technological protections and interlocks are formed, generated and sent to device of interlocks selection. Control signals of actuating mechanisms are generated and sent to corresponding device. In this device signals of actuating mechanism actuation are generated. Signals are received by individual channels of actuating mechanisms control.
EFFECT: increased resistance of system to superposition of failures, provision of connection stability and reliability, reliability of system as a whole, increased performance of system, provision of its flexible adjustment, combination of NPP normal operation and protection functions.
