FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: system consists of many identical control command shaping channels and power control channels. Channels are physically separated from each other. Each control command shaping channel includes input signal entry device, control command shaping device, signal multiplication device and optical communication device. Control command shaping device includes input register, algorithm unit and majority processing unit. Signal multiplication device includes command receiving, mixing and multiplication assembly, and emergency protection command multiplication assembly for power control units. Power control channel includes control command receiving device and power control units (main and standby). System is built so that each power control unit, both the main and standby one, receives its own passage path of emergency protection signals from the first and the second sets of protection - signal multiplication device for the main power control unit and signal multiplication device for standby power control unit.
EFFECT: providing the system resistance to failure impinging, and improving quick action and reliability of the system.
