FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry and is intended for synthesis of homo- and copolymers of N-glucosides of vinyl-containing amines via radical-initiated polymerisation. Disclosed is a method of producing carbohydrate-containing polymers based on N-glucosides of vinyl-containing amines via radical homo- or copolymerisation in the presence of an initiator, wherein comonomers may not contain saccharide residues.
EFFECT: disclosed method enables to obtain a wide range of carbohydrate-containing polymers with good output and a given structure.
