SUBSTANCE: vehicle rear air guide with holder 10 arranged nearby body rear 4 of vehicle 2 and connected via exhaust device 12 with flow guide channel 14 extending in horizontal direction. Said flow guide channel 14 comprises mid part 20 and two wings 16, 18 arranged to displace in horizontal and vertical directions with the help of drive 30, 32. Exhaust device 12 comprises two exhaust levers 22, 24 arranged in V-like manner relative to each other. Both said levers 22, 24 are fitted in support device 26, 28 of holder 10 to displace in its lengthwise direction 34, 36.
