SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a violin, wherein the inner surface of the top plate in the area of the support is tightly connected to two arched beams, the height of which varies from maximum at the points of connection to the plate to minimum at their ends, supported by the same ends on a ledge made on the upper block, which is the form of a trapezoidal prism and which is glued to the plates together with a beam with a L-shaped section encircling the block, which is also glued to the lower block to form a fixed dovetail joint, and supported by the other ends on a rectangular beam, which is configured to move and be fixed on the lower block which is in form of a trapezoidal prism, which forms a movable dovetail joint, and the upper and lower plates are connected by elastic sound-conducting C-shaped plates mounted on the cowling and the upper block, said C-shaped plates being pressed at an acute angle to the plates, as well as plates glued on the outer sides of f-shaped slits to the inner surface of the plates with spacing from each other, and reed-plates which are made with increasing thickness from the edge along the wood grain, and in the bases of the large-area reed-plates there are grooves with the same depth, the length of which is shorter than the bases of the reed-plates.
