FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a communication system using telecommunication networks to set up radio-frequency connections between one main ground station, connected to a network control centre, and ground terminals through a multipoint communication satellite, and is intended to reduce crosstalk. The invention discloses a telecommunication network (100), which consists of a coverage area, which consists of multiple cells in which terminals (106) are located, wherein each cell is fixed at least behind one spot beam of the satellite to which the frequency band is allocated. The network control centre (105) comprises means of determining transmission parameters (108), characteristic for coordinates of the terminals in the coverage area, known as optimisation means, wherein the parameters cover the entire coverage area and means of transmitting all parameters (107, LMA, LDA) to each of the said ground terminals (106). Each terminal (106) comprises means of storing (112) at least a part of all the parameters, means of determining own geographic coordinates (113) in the coverage area and means of determining transmission parameters (114) for use based on parameters and geographic coordinates.
EFFECT: improved communication.
