FIELD: textiles, paper.

SUBSTANCE: grammage of the proposed paper sheet is between 80 g/m2 to 400 g/m2, at that the sheet is a calendered paper sheet of dry air formation. The proposed paper sheet is obtained from cellulose fibres bonded together with a water-soluble binder comprising starch, at that the amount of the said binder comprised in this paper sheet is from 30% to 70%. In addition, the proposed invention relates to a tubular core made in the form of a cylinder having a wall which comprises at least one sheet of paper obtained by dry method, in which the cellulose fibres are interconnected by means of a water-soluble binder.

EFFECT: invention relates to a paper sheet decomposing in water.
