FIELD: hygiene.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of hygienic products, namely to a water-soluble cardboard sheet and a sleeve from a water-soluble cardboard sheet for winding sanitary-hygienic products. Weight of one square meter of water-soluble cardboard sheet ranges from 180 g to 340 g, wherein it is obtained by a wet method from bleached hardwood cellulose fibres, the bond between which is carried out using a water-soluble binding agent — a solution of carboxymethyl cellulose or polyvinylpyrralidone or polyethylene polyamine, wherein content of binding agent in sheet composition is 0.3–1.0 wt.%, cellulose — 99.0–99.7 wt.%, and the binding agent is added to the cellulose suspension at the stage of preparing the cardboard mass. Sleeve for winding sanitary products from a water-soluble cardboard sheet is made by its screw winding in one or two layers, wherein for gluing the bushing, a solution of polyvinylpyrralidone or polyethylene polyamine or carboxymethyl cellulose is used with consumption of not more than 5 g/m2, bushing is made with possibility of dissolving in no more than 7 seconds in water with hardness in range of 1–10 mg-eq/l at temperature of 16–20 °C.

EFFECT: obtaining a water-soluble (dissolved in water) cardboard sheet and a sleeve from it with increased speed of dissolution in cold water under conditions of its variable hardness.
