FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device for passenger car temperature (Thab) control (Thab) by means of initializing at start an expected temperature (T^ hab) of passenger compartment by the temperature(Tinit) predetermined by time period of prestart stop in order to produce adjustable heating power (Preg) which decreases a discrepancy between preset temperature (T*hab) and expected temperature (T^ hab).
EFFECT: better temperature control of passenger compartment.
