SUBSTANCE: method of producing a geologic granulometric layer capable of preventing natural disasters and having environmental friendliness, wherein a geologic granulometric layer is formed from granulometric materials for road construction from the soil at the construction site. The granulometric layer includes hollow bodies placed in said layer, each body having through-holes. The hollow bodies are mixed with granulometric materials to form a granulometric layer.
