FIELD: sewage facilities.

SUBSTANCE: high-strength road for a system for controlling water resources in response to climate change comprises a structure formed by connecting structural formwork (31) of housing (30a) of hollow block and hardened concrete mortar (302), structure forming underground structural space (30), and road surface (10) laid on top of underground structural space (30). Housing (30a) of hollow block contains at least one structural formwork (31) and multiple side plates (32) connected to each other. Plate (312) is located on upper surface of structural formwork (31). Plate (312) comprises through hole (311) and at least one through tube (33). Structural formwork (31) and side plates (32) are connected to each other and laid. Concrete mortar (302) is poured into through pipe (33) of structural formwork (31), and concrete mortar hardens and becomes capable of forming underground structural space (30) with high bearing strength. Underground structural space (30) forms a road for controlling water resources, having a function of storing water and drainage.

EFFECT: providing a high-strength road for a system for controlling water resources in response to climate change.
