FIELD: mining operations.

SUBSTANCE: regional forecasting of helium-hydrogen-bearing area is performed as well as local forecasting within potentially perspective regional geotectonic structures and preliminary drilling. Drilling is performed in point area of contemporary output of helium-hydrogen-bearing fluids from mantle up to upper stages of crust, namely, in active deep faults, especially in continental and oceanic rift troughs, and within their borders - at parts with anomalous high levels of thermal flow, seismicity, electric conductivity, onto explosion ring-shaped structures, in open central type intrusive rocks, namely, in massifs of ultra-basic alkaline rocks and in other tectonic structures and abyssal bodies which roots drain upper mantle.

EFFECT: improved truth of results; better ecology of survey.
