FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in the construction of light-weight buildings with an inclined roof. A building roof includes load-carrying structures, for example beams, girders, and purlins, which are installed along upper flanges of the load-carrying structures. The purlins are attached to each other by common tension bars for example from round steel, and at the top of the slope the tension bars are made of two inclined rods installed at an angle "α" to the load-carrying structures, and attached with their free ends to the load-carrying structures. Single tension bars above attachment points of double tension bars are arranged in tubular elements installed with a thrust between the purlins.
EFFECT: improvement of the load-carrying capacity of the roof purlins.
