PLACENTAL TISSUE CELLS GROWN IN SUBSTRATE-ATTACHED CULTURE AND USING THEM IN TREATING Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC C12N5/02 C12N5/775 C12N5/789

Abstract RU 2539786 C2

FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and represents a placental cell grown substrate-attached. The given cell is cultured in the three-dimensional (3D) culture environment, which enables cell propagation. The above environment implies culturing for at least three days with prolonged perfusion in the culture medium. The above cell shows no osteogenic differentiation in the environment and culture fluid, wherein the bone marrow cell grown substrate-attached shows osteogenic differentiation. The above cell expresses CD73, CD90, CD29, CD105 and D7-fib.

EFFECT: presented invention enables reducing lymphocyte proliferation.
