FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used to produce a pharmaceutical suspension in treating ischemia in a patient. That is ensured by multiplication of placental adhesive cells from the uterine basal hatch (decidua basalis) and a parietal separating uterus (decidua parietalis) having a stromal stem cell phenotype. Two-dimensional (2D) cultivation of said cells is used. Then they are cultivated on three-dimensional (3D) substrate. Thereafter, said placental adhesion cells are removed from 3D substrate and introduced into a pharmaceutical suspension.
EFFECT: invention provides preparing a pharmaceutical suspension of adhesive placenta cells from a basal hatching membrane of the uterus (decidua basalis) and a parietal efferent membrane of the uterus (decidua parietalis) having a phenotype of stromal stem cells for treating ischemia in a patient.
