SUBSTANCE: system includes a chlorella bioreactor system connected via a discharge line of prepared suspension to a prepared suspension container, a carbon dioxide solution bioreactor connected at the outlet to chlorella bioreactors, a nutrient solution treatment station connected at the outlet to chlorella bioreactors and the carbon dioxide solution bioreactor, lamps in the form of electric bulbs, which are equipped with a cooling system, pumps and shutoff control devices. Lamps are installed inside housings of chlorella bioreactors; their cooling system represents a liquid cooling jacket. The latter is made in the form of an additional casing from transparent material enveloping the electric bulb housing with formation of a flow-through channel. Inlet and outlet of the flow-through channel are connected to each other through a heat exchanger and a circulating pump via a cooling liquid supply and discharge lines. Mixing, control, washing and drainage devices are arranged and connected under the system of bioreactor sections. Chlorella bioreactors are provided with discharge lines of washing liquid to a drain; with that, chlorella bioreactors are connected at the inlet to the prepared solution container.
EFFECT: inventions allow improving ease of use, safe operation, efficiency of a cooling system of lamps, productivity and quality of a target product, providing a production process of algae suspension in an automatic mode.
