FIELD: physics, optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optoelectronic instrument-making and can be used in scanning optoelectronic laser location systems. The apparatus includes an illumination channel with a laser emitter and a receiving channel with a photodetector with a lens, and a viewing device for displaying the scanned space. The optical element of the laser emitter of the illumination channel is in the form of a spherical lens. The photodetector is in the form of a CCD array and is mounted in the focal plane of the receiving channel. The photodetector is supplemented with a device for optical division of image fields into two, with field polarisation in mutually perpendicular directions. The apparatus further includes a ranging device, a monitor and an electronic control unit which comprises a navigation unit, a random-access memory and communication module.
EFFECT: providing stealth surveillance; determining coordinates of an object in a wide instantaneous angular field of vision; automatic operating mode.
