SUBSTANCE: the device has a laser radiator with a power unit, cylindrical objective in the form of a cylindrical spherical lens with an elliptic contour of the generating surface forming the laser radiation, rule of photodetectors installed vertically in the plane of the receiving channel, inlet objective, signal processing unit, rule of light indicators of representation of the detected object.
