FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a multilayered insole (1) that is inserted into footwear or a boot (2), extends along the main stretching surface (1a) and contains: at least one damping element (7) fitted for damping mutual collision of the said boot (2) with the ground, extending mainly through the said insole (1) in the direction of the said main stretching surface (1a) and placed into the top part of the said insole (1); the said damping element (7) is characteristically represented by open pore foam plastic made of microporous PUR material, its time of 90% recovery after compression characteristically amounting to 0.3 - 2.5 sec; the insole additionally contains an air shock absorber (11) placed into the bottom part of the said insole (1) and having two plates (11a) designed so that to enable formation of an air-containing tight inflatable shell, as well as a third plate (11b) placed between the said two plates (11a) so that to enable division of the said inflatable shell into two individual shells and having through holes (11c) intended to ensure flow of air between the said two individual inflatable shells.
EFFECT: ensuring absorption of vibration and energy generated during a human's motion.
