FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drug microencapsulation, particularly to a method for preparing fenbendazole microcapsules. The method is characterised by the fact that a microcapsule coating is presented by carboxymethyl cellulose; fenbendazole dissolved in dioxane, or dimethylformamide, or dimethylsulphoxide is dispersed into a solution of carboxymethyl cellulose in acetone in the presence of surfactant E472c at 1000 rpm; fenbendazole and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose are taken in weight ratio 1:3; carbinol and distilled water taken in volumetric ratio 2:1 are added; the produced suspension of microcapsules is filtered and dried; the process of fenbendazole microencapsulation is performed at 25°C.
EFFECT: method provides simplifying and accelerating the process of fenbendazole microcapsules in carboxymethyl cellulose, reducing the loss accompanying the process of microcapsules (higher weight yield).
