FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the poultry industry, in particular to a method of increasing the embryonic and post-embryonic viability of chickens. The method comprises pre-incubation treatment of eggs with immunomodulator, and the treatment is carried out once by creation of gas-aerosol cloud of polyoxidonium solution in a confined space.
EFFECT: implementation of the method enables to increase the hatchability of eggs, to improve the safety of the chickens in post-embryonic rearing period.
