SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of reinforcing elastic woven materials used for manufacturing polymer composite products. The reinforcing elastic woven material is formed as combined weaving of textured polyamide yarns to form cells with projecting relief edges and with the size of the rectangles from 1 to 2 mm, as the textured polyamide yarns the material comprises twisted combination yarns with the nominal linear density of 10-15 tex, at a ratio of warp and weft polyamide yarns of 1:1, with a specific breaking load of 40-50 cN/tex and the degree of twisting of 50-75%, the material is formed with a thickness of 700-1500 microns with the surface density of 220-380 g/m² at a linear density of 10-15 tex, at that the number of cells with projecting relief edges per 1 cm² is selected as 45-90 pieces, the polyamide yarns of the material are selected with the linear density of the elementary fibre of 0.4-0.2 tex with their diameter of 90-50 microns.

EFFECT: invention provides high adhesive properties and also high dimensional stability of elastic woven material in manufacturing the composite materials of complicated configuration.
