FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite laminar rubberised-fabric materials. Proposed three-layer composite rubberised-fabric material consisting of outer cover layer, medium reinforcing layer and rubber layer. Two outer cover layers are made from butyl rubber-based rubber composition with the following components ratio (parts by weight); vulcanisation accelerator - mix of zinc white and thiuram D 3.8-4.2, vulcanisation agent - commercial sulfur 2.2-2.5, vulcanization rate regulator 2-mercap-tobenztiazol 0.8-1.1, filler - mix comprising white colour carbon and commercial carbon 33-34.1, plastifier - mix comprising stearic acid, chlorinated paraffin, netoxol, fluid "ПМС"-400 and zinc stearate 18.8-22.9, fire retardants - mix comprising antimony trioxide, chlorinated paraffin and melamine cyanurate 55-59, pigment - titanium white 9-10 and anti-adhesive - paraffin 1.9-2.1. Reinforcing layer is made from fabric of high-strength polyester fiber or aramide fiber or mix thereof. Content of high-strength polyester fiber if aforesaid mix with polyaramide fiber varies from 20 to 80 % by weight. Threads represent two-component combined threads. First component if rod from aramide and/or polyester complex thread or strand, while second component represent rod braiding with the number of coils of 600 to 900 c/m made from modified fireproof viscous thread or strand.

EFFECT: composite laminar rubberised-fabric material with increased mechanical properties, water resistance and wind impermeability.
