FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining of the catalyst for sewage cleaning from phenol comprises a nitrogen hardening at the nitrogen pressure 1.0-12.0 MPa ferroalloy pre-milled down to the particle size below 160 mcm in a mode of self-sustained filtration burning and additional nitrogen hardening in the mode of volumetric burning at the nitrogen pressure 0.15-10.0 MPa within 0.5-1.0 h. A ferroalloy is the aluminium ferrosilicon. Into the grinded ferroalloy an aluminium oxide is added in amount 5.0-30.0 wt %. The obtained azotised alloy is crushed. The fraction of granules with the size 0.315-2.5 mm is separated and the sialon-based catalyst is obtained. The obtained catalyst is dipped into waste water with simultaneous feeding of ozone-air mix at a rate of 0.5-1.5 l/min within 5-10 minutes with the ozone content 0.01-0.02 g/l.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to obtain a composition with high catalytic activity, shorten time of sewage treatment at keeping of high degree of cleaning and resource of the catalyst.
