FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to material with reverse phases, making it possible to temper temperature fluctuations, for instance, in buildings, facings, transport containers and automobile interior. Material with reverse phases includes matrix material, including multitude of urethane, and/or urea, and/or isocyanurate groups and having content of rigid units more than 75% (hereinafter called "matrix A"); and polymer material, which 1) does not contain groups, capable of forming urethane, urea or isocyanurate groups in reaction with isocyanate group, 2) demonstrates phase conversion in accordance with measurements by method of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) in the temperature interval from -10°C to +60°C with enthalpy ΔHm, constituting, at least, 87 kJ/kg, 3) deeply penetrates into said matrix A, and 4) has average molecular weight higher than 700 and includes, at least, 50 wt % of oxyalkylene groups counted per the weight of said material, with, at least 85% of oxyalkylene groups representing oxyethylene groups (hereinafter called "polymer material B"), with quantitative ratio of said matrix A and said polymer material B, counted per weights, constitutes from 15:85 to 75:25; as well as to method of obtaining said material.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create material with good phase conversions and good properties of temperature levelling.
