FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber silicone mixtures of higher fire resistance and can be applied for production of fire-resistant polymer envelopes of high-voltage electrotechnical products. Fire-resistant rubber mixture contains, wt.p.: finely dispersed silicon dioxide or highly dispersed hydrophobic silica filler - 45-60, possibly titanium dioxide - 10-15, dust-like quartz - 10-40 wt.p., α,ω-dihydroxydimethylsiloxane - 6-12, organic peroxide - 2.8-5.0, melamine cyanurate - 55-65, aluminium hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide - 0-80 and pigment - 5-10 per 100 wt.p. of highly molecular methylvinylsiloxane rubber.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase resistance to inflammation and reduce cost price of rubber mixture.
