FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning the fluids of impurities. Vessel with fluid is placed in crossed permanent magnetic field and permanent electric field. Magnetic field power lines are directed vertically. Constant electric current flows through fluid perpendicular to direction of magnetic field direction from vessel centre to periphery at vessel bottom. Fluid volume-to-magnetic field intensity ratio should equal 0.002-0.1(l*m)/kA.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, power saving.
