FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for cleaning of dielectric liquids and gases from mechanical admixtures and contaminants. Electric cleaner comprises body closed by covers in ends. Nozzles for supply of cleaned liquid and its drain are screwed into covers. Inside body collecting electrodes are installed, one of which is arranged in the form of truncated cone with openings in central part, and the second one - in the form of cone without openings. The first electrode on side surface has electric insulating layer for prevention of short circuit, and this electrode is tightly adjacent to internal surface of body. The second electrode during installation has gap between side surface and electric cleaner body for flow of purified liquid. Between electrodes there are columns of dielectric materials, between which liquid easily flows. Above mentioned pair of electrodes are turned to each other with their wide parts, creating narrowing channel. These pairs of electrodes are assembled in series, creating electric cleaner. Every electrode in pair has it potential of high voltage from DC power supply source.

EFFECT: efficient cleaning of dielectric liquids and gases from mechanical admixtures.
