FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: high pressure release unit intended to be attached to an extruder comprises a cylinder casing with an extruder hole with an end, and an extruding unit set in the extruder hole and used for product extrusion. The unit also comprises an end plate with a circular hole connected to the end of the extruder hole and with the upper and lower sections. The lower section of the end plate is equipped by a piston cavity hole and a product output hole crossing with each other. The high pressure release unit includes the first valve unit comprising a valve case with a far end and a near end, and a piston having a fixing groove provided in the valve case. The piston can move in the piston cavity hole. The near end of the valve case is attached to the piston cavity hole in the lower section of the end plate. The proposed unit also comprises the first linear actuating mechanism attached to the far end of the valve case of the first valve unit and able of contacting with the piston. At the actuation of the first linear actuating mechanism, it can move the piston into the closed position by pushing the piston from the initial open position into the piston cavity hole and partially into the circular hole defined by the end plate. At the movement of the first linear actuating mechanism into a non-operating position, it can move the piston into its initial open position. The high pressure release unit also comprises a device to fix the piston in the closed position by coupling the said device with the piston. Herewith when it is necessary to release pressure in the extruder, it is provided for the possibility of moving the piston fixation device into a non-operating position and then of moving the first linear actuating mechanism into a non-operating position thus moving the piston of the first valve unit into the open position and allowing the product to pass through the outlet hole reducing the pressure in the extruder.
EFFECT: faster pressure release and simplified fixation and replacement of removable extruder parts.
